MEMBERSHIP
There are presently eight members of the Coral Creek Airport, the Membership Plan is designed to attract additional elite members. Development of the Membership Plan will allow members to tailor the airport operations and improvements to suit their personal needs and desires. Currently the runway is 50ft x 4,200ft, which accommodates most privately flown aircraft, and permits have been approved for expansion of the runway to 100ft x 6,000ft in order to accommodate larger privately flown aircraft. All improvements will be performed in phases, and upon completion, the airport will accommodate all members while maintaining the integrity of an exclusive, private airport.
A newly built FBO includes pilot's lounge, computer with Internet access, a kitchen, and men's and women's locker rooms. Members, their providers, guests, pilots and flight crew will have unlimited access to the facilities. A full time Flight Operations Manager is available to assist you with all of your flight scheduling.
The airport is certified to sell Aviation Jet A1 Fuel on site and maintains a Ford L8000 Fuel Truck with a 4,000 gallon capacity. Airport personnel are experienced in both over wing and single point fueling procedures.
The Membership Plan, which outlines member deposits, dues and restrictions, is available for review by interested investors.
